To the most admirable tree.
I sure do love the way you stand so strong through any weather. I admire your strength to loose everything and shiver through the cold winter months, and to recover to beautifully every year. I could lay here forever watching your leaves blow, trying to figure you out, listening to you whisper such fantasies into my ear, but quiet now, the bears draw near, shhh my love just hold your breathe a bit longer…. Okay let your leaves sway, show me what you’ve got! The shapes My imagination find in your leaves, the intricate many pieces and parts to you my dear, are confusing yet intriguing. The little gifts you subtly leave me, acorns strewn across the ground leaves falling onto my belly, the musical sounds of the wind blowing through your branches…. It excites me! It inspires me! Oh admirable tree, how lucky I am to see all of these great things. The pride keeps my chin up, the love in my chest continues my steps, the memories in my mind are making this time just a speck in the future we have. Oh I do love you, strong, handsome, intellegent, caring, admiral tree!
